Guardian Home Care & Hospice is looking for an excellent leader with a passion for patient care to serve as Executive Director for our Dickson home care office.  This position offers fantastic opportunities for advancement.

Duties:

Key responsibilities of the Executive Director include:

  • Day-to-day oversight, management and responsibility for the Dickson office.  Responsible for the clinical, financial, compliance and sales success of a growing office.
  • Building, educating and maintaining a quality team of clinicians and administrative personnel.
  • Development and execution of long-term strategies to ensure achievement of office's clinical, operational, compliance and financial goals.

 

Qualifications:

Qualifications for position of Executive Director:

 

  • RN License with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Social Work, Sales/Marketing, Nursing, Health Care Administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years operations experience with strong focus on sales and business development
  • Minimum of two years supervisory/administrative experience
  • Prior success in revenue growth and in the development and execution of market planning and leadership
  • Budget and profit and loss statement management experience
  • Outstanding leadership, managerial, oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
